Saved brands
When you bookmark a brand, CardPenny stores a list of brand identifiers in your browser’s local storage. This list is not sent to our catalog database. It stays on that browser until you remove the bookmarks or clear the site’s browser data. It does not sync across devices.
Searches and shared links
Your directory filters are applied in your browser and reflected in the page URL so you can bookmark or share the search. Like other page addresses, those URLs may appear in browser history and hosting access logs.
Accounts and payments
CardPenny does not collect payment information or offer a checkout. You can browse gift cards, compare sellers, and save brands without an account or ChatGPT sign-in. Administrator tools use the hosting platform’s authentication and access controls.
Analytics and advertising
No third-party advertising or analytics scripts are included in this version. Our hosting provider may process technical request information to serve and protect the site. This is separate from CardPenny’s saved-brand feature.
External sellers
Following a seller link takes you to a separate website with its own privacy and cookie practices. Those sites handle any accounts, orders, payments, and support you request from them.
Managing your saved list
Unbookmark individual brands, or clear local site data in your browser settings to remove the entire saved list. Browser storage restrictions may prevent this feature from working.
